Acquire the following decoded messages from Blingtron 5000.
Inspector Gadgetzan is a 5-point achievement that requires collecting five specific decoded messages, all obtained through a luck-based process starting with the 
Blingtron 5000 daily quest.
Complete the Blingtron 5000 Quest
Find a Blingtron 5000 and complete its daily quest to receive a 
Blingtron 5000 Gift Package. Open the package and hope for an 
Encoded Message to drop — this is not guaranteed.
Use the Encoded Message
Using an Encoded Message gives you a chance to receive one of the required decoded messages: 
Decoded Message 001-003, Decoded Message 001-014, Decoded Message 001-107, Decoded Message 001-111, or Decoded Message 001-119.
Repeat Daily Per Character
This achievement is not account-wide, so progress does not carry across characters — each character must collect all five decoded messages independently through their own daily Blingtron 5000 quests.
Tips
The Blingtron 5000 quest is a daily reset quest, meaning you can only attempt it once per character per day.
