Overstuffed
Raise an Elekk Plushie to level 25.
Overstuffed requires you to raise an 
Elekk Plushie to level 25 through pet battles or leveling stones.
Obtain an Elekk Plushie
The Elekk Plushie is crafted via Tailoring using the 
Pattern: Elekk Plushie. You cannot buy a level 25 Elekk Plushie from another player and receive the achievement — you must personally level it to 25 yourself.
Level the Plushie to 25
Use an 
Ultimate Battle-Training Stone on a level 1 Elekk Plushie to instantly raise it to level 25 and earn the achievement. Alternatively, leveling it from 24 to 25 through pet battles also counts toward the achievement.
Tips
The Elekk Plushie's abilities deal no damage, so using a leveling stone is the fastest way to reach level 25 without relying on it in combat.
