The Justicar
Raise your reputation values in Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin and Alterac Valley to Exalted.
The Justicar is an Alliance title achievement requiring Exalted reputation with Silverwing Sentinels (Warsong Gulch), League of Arathor (Arathi Basin), and the Stormpike Guard (Alterac Valley).
Grind Warsong Gulch Reputation
Each flag capture awards 35 reputation with Silverwing Sentinels (doubled during WSG weekends). Going from Neutral to Exalted requires 42,000 reputation, meaning approximately 1, 200 flag captures or 400 wins at base rate.
Grind Arathi Basin Reputation
Each win awards 100 reputation with the League of Arathor, requiring approximately 420 wins to reach Exalted from Neutral. Upon reaching Exalted, a quest becomes available at Refuge Point in Arathi Highlands that rewards the 
Arathor Battle Tabard.
Grind Alterac Valley Reputation
Alterac Valley is considered the fastest of the three grinds; run AV battles repeatedly to reach Exalted with Stormpike Guard.
Note the Reputation Token Issue
Blizzard removed the ability to turn in tokens for reputation in WSG and AB, making those two grinds significantly slower and requiring consistent participation in matches to accumulate rep through normal gameplay.
Tips
Collecting 30 marks from WSG, AB, and AV for a PvP mount simultaneously builds reputation as a byproduct, giving you a concrete short-term goal during the grind.
