Cause three Piles of Ash to form Solar Flares at the same time during the Rukhran encounter in Skyreach on Heroic difficulty.
I Saw Solis is an achievement earned during the Rukhran encounter in Skyreach on Heroic difficulty by causing three Piles of Ash to form Solar Flares at the same time.
Set Heroic Difficulty
Enter Skyreach on Heroic difficulty before engaging Rukhran. This achievement does not work on Normal difficulty.
Clear Area, Engage Rukhran
Clear the mobs around the boss area to spawn Rukhran, then engage him. If you are a high-level character, unequip gear or reduce your damage output to avoid killing Rukhran too quickly before the achievement mechanic can play out.
Let Three Birds Spawn
Stand close to Rukhran and deal minimal damage. Rukhran will begin summoning fixating Solar Flare birds. Stop attacking and stand still, allowing up to three of these birds to spawn and fixate on you simultaneously — watch for three Fixate debuffs to appear at the same time.
Kill Three Birds Simultaneously
Once three birds are fixating on you at the same time, kill all three simultaneously. This causes three Piles of Ash to appear in the same location, which is required for the achievement.
Trigger Solar Flare on Ashes
With the three Piles of Ash grouped together, allow a fourth bird to hit you (using a defensive cooldown if needed) while standing on top of the three piles, causing Solar Flares to form on all three simultaneously.
Kill Rukhran
After triggering the three simultaneous Solar Flares, kill Rukhran to receive the achievement upon his death.

Hunters can use an Ice Trap to kite and stack multiple birds in one location before killing them together, and Deterrence to survive the bird explosions.
