Magnify... Enhance
Defeat the Empowered Construct in Skyreach on Heroic difficulty.
Magnify... Enhance is an achievement earned by defeating the Empowered Construct in the Skyreach dungeon on Heroic difficulty.
Set Heroic Difficulty
Enter Skyreach on Heroic difficulty. This achievement cannot be earned on Normal or Mythic difficulty — only Heroic counts.
Reach High Sage Viryx
Clear through Skyreach until you reach the final boss, High Sage Viryx, on her platform.
Activate the Construct
Before or during the fight with High Sage Viryx, drop down to the small platform below the main boss platform. The Empowered Construct sits inactive on that lower platform and must be activated by the solar beam ability (Great Spire's Focusing Iris) hitting it — either by having the beam follow you down or by letting it reach the construct directly.
Kill the Empowered Construct
Once the beam strikes the construct and the Lens Flare debuff activates it, the Empowered Construct will become hostile. Kill it to earn the achievement. You do not need to defeat High Sage Viryx for the achievement to complete.
Tips
If you accidentally enter on Mythic difficulty, exit the instance by speaking to Reshad (if the last boss is dead) or Shadow-Sage Iskar (if not), switch the difficulty to Heroic, and re-enter.
