Earn Exalted status with The Consortium.
Chief Exalted Officer is a 10-point achievement earned by reaching Exalted status with The Consortium, a faction based in Outland.
Farm Zaxxis Insignias in Netherstorm
Kill Zaxxis enemies in Netherstorm, which drop Zaxxis Insignias at approximately a 50% rate and occasionally drop Ethereum Prison Keys. Turn in 10 Insignias to Nether-Stalker Khay'ji at Area 52 for the quest Another Heap of Ethereals, which grants +250 Consortium reputation per turn-in. Each Ethereum Prison Key is equivalent in value to 10 Zaxxis Insignias and can also unlock monsters that drop green and blue items, as well as grant reputation with factions such as Lower City.
Run Heroic Mana Tombs Daily
Clear Heroic Mana Tombs in Auchindoun solo, which yields 1,500 to 2, 000 Consortium reputation per run in roughly 30 minutes, and grants reputation all the way through Exalted.
Complete the Daily Dungeon Quest
The non-heroic daily dungeon quest rewards +250 Consortium reputation and one Ethereum Prison Key per completion, and also grants +250 reputation with the dungeon's associated faction, such as Sha'tar for any Tempest Keep instance.
Farm Ethereal Apprentices in Mana-Tombs
Engage Nexus-Prince Shaffar but do not kill him — he continuously spawns Ethereal Beacons worth 8–9 reputation each, which grow into Ethereal Apprentices worth 23 reputation each. Let them accumulate, then kill them all and repeat; this method yields approximately 1, 000 Consortium reputation every 10 minutes, and using 
Battle Standard of Coordination can further increase gains.
Tips
Tracking data from grinding Zaxxis under Area 52 in clockwise laps shows roughly 7,490 reputation in the first hour and 8,510 in the second, meaning a player starting in mid-Revered can reach Exalted in approximately 2.5 hours of sustained farming.
Opening Ethereum Prisons with keys can grant reputation with factions beyond The Consortium, including Sha'tar and Sporeggar, as a secondary benefit of key turn-ins.
