Earn Exalted status within the Sha'tari Skyguard.
Flying High Over Skettis requires reaching Exalted with the Sha'tari Skyguard, earned by completing quests and grinding reputation in Skettis, starting with an introductory quest chain in Shattrath City.
Start in Shattrath City
Begin the Sha'tari Skyguard reputation chain in Shattrath City by picking up Threat From Above, which requires killing 20 ogres north of Aldor Rise — you need a flying mount to reach that area. The same NPC offers To Skettis, which opens up access to Skettis itself.
Unlock and Run Daily Quests
Once in Skettis, unlock the daily quests Fire Over Skettis and Escape From Skettis, completing both every day for steady reputation gains.
Farm Shadow Dust Repeatably
The repeatable quest More Shadow Dust becomes your primary source of reputation after finishing the daily quests — loot 
Elixirs of Shadows from mobs as you farm, since these contribute to additional turn-ins.
Repeatedly Summon and Kill Terokk
Summoning and defeating Terokk awards 550 reputation per kill, while the four mini-bosses summoned via bones each grant 165 reputation, and the large tree enemies in the zone each give around 33 reputation — chain these kills repeatedly to accelerate the grind.
Expect a Multi-Hour Grind
Starting from 0 reputation, reaching Exalted takes approximately 5 hours of active farming at around 7, 800 reputation per hour, or closer to 3.5 hours if beginning partway through the grind with optimal kill speed.
Tips
A guild reputation bonus increases Sha'tari Skyguard gains per kill, meaningfully reducing total grind time.
Completing the full introductory quest chain before beginning daily farming prevents losing early reputation gains from those one-time quests.
