Defeat Flamebender Ka'graz in Blackrock Foundry without killing Aknor Steelbringer on Normal difficulty or higher after securing your garrison.

The Steel Has Been Brought is an achievement earned by defeating Flamebender Ka'graz in Blackrock Foundry on Normal difficulty or higher without killing Aknor Steelbringer, which rewards Aknor Steelbringer as a Garrison follower.

1

Check Difficulty Setting

Enter Blackrock Foundry on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty. This achievement cannot be completed on Raid Finder (LFR).

2

Bring a Third Tank

A third tank is required for this fight to hold Aknor Steelbringer separately from the main boss tanking position for the entire encounter.

3

Position Aknor Steelbringer

The third tank should move Aknor Steelbringer to a spot in the room away from the two main tanks, away from melee, and away from any cleave damage. Aknor Steelbringer must be faced away from the raid to prevent Devastating Slam from hitting other players.

4

Soak Drop the Hammer

Aknor Steelbringer will cast Drop the Hammer throughout the fight, which must be soaked by the raid. All ranged players must stay spread at least 10 yards apart from each other for the entire encounter.

5

Kill Only Flamebender Ka'graz

Defeat Flamebender Ka'graz without allowing Aknor Steelbringer to die at any point during the fight to complete the achievement.

Tips

  • If playing a Hunter or any class with AoE passive effects, disable any abilities, pets, or equipped items that deal damage to nearby enemies to avoid accidentally killing Aknor Steelbringer.
