Welcome to Draenor is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Assault on the Dark Portal quest chain, which begins in the Blasted Lands.
Begin in Blasted Lands
The quest chain starts in the Blasted Lands with Warlords of Draenor: The Dark Portal, which auto-accepts and leads into Azeroth's Last Stand.
Complete Early Chain Quests
Progress through Onslaught's End, The Portal's Power, The Cost of War, and Blaze of Glory in sequence.
Complete Vengeance and Bled Dry
Complete Vengeance for the Fallen followed by Bled Dry, then move into Altar Altercation and The Kargathar Proving Grounds.
Secure a Potential Ally
Complete A Potential Ally, then finish Kill Your Hundred inside Umbral Halls.
Defeat the Shadowmoon Clan
Complete Masters of Shadow and The Shadowmoon Clan, then proceed through Yrel.
Defeat Keli'dan the Breaker
Travel to Blackrock Quarry and defeat Keli'dan the Breaker, then complete Prepare for Battle and The Battle of the Forge to finish the chain and earn the achievement.

Completing this achievement unlocks the portal from Orgrimmar to Ashran.
