Learn the Artisan Riding skill.
The Right Stuff requires learning the Artisan Riding skill, which costs 
5,000 gold and can be trained from a riding trainer in Shadowmoon Valley for Alliance or Horde.
Visit Riding Trainer
Travel to Shadowmoon Valley and purchase the Artisan Riding skill from the riding trainer there for 5,000 gold. Alliance players can also train from Hargen Bronzewing at Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula, or from Maigra Keenfeather at Valiance Keep in Borean Tundra.
Note the Dalaran Trainer
Training from the trainer in Dalaran does not apply a Kirin Tor reputation discount — the cost remains 5,000 gold regardless of your Kirin Tor standing.
