One That Didn't Get Away is a 10-point achievement earned by catching one rare, oversized fish from a specific list of eligible catches.
Try the Deaths of Chromie Scenario
Enter the Deaths of Chromie scenario and fish in Andorhal at 60, 54.4, where Chromie is located. The chance to catch a 
32 Pound Catfish is notably higher here than in open-world locations, and your fishing skill will be maxed automatically during the scenario.
Fish Stonebull Lake in Mulgore
Fish at Stonebull Lake in Mulgore at 44.3, 61.1, just in front of fishing trainer Uthan Stillwater. With a skill of 402, the 
15 Pound Mud Snapper has approximately a 0.1% catch rate out of 670 total casts recorded, alongside 
Brilliant Smallfish at ~61.3% and 
Longjaw Mud Snapper at ~37.3%.
Fish Azshara for Rare Catches
Travel to Azshara and fish exclusively in the Bay of Storms, Hetaera's Clutch, or Scalebeard's Cave — these are the only valid locations for the 103 Pound Mightfish and 22 Pound Lobster. A minimum fishing skill of 330 is required to cast, and a minimum skill of 425 is required to avoid the fish getting away. Both fish have a catch rate below 1%.
Tips
The Azshara Bay of Storms location has an estimated drop rate of around 1 in 10,000 casts for the rare fish eligible for this achievement.
