Extreme Treasure Hunter
Find and loot the Gleaming Treasure Chest, Rope-Bound Treasure Chest, and a Mist-Covered Treasure Chest on the Timeless Isle.
Extreme Treasure Hunter requires you to find and loot three treasure chests on the Timeless Isle: the Gleaming Treasure Chest, the Rope-Bound Treasure Chest, and the Mist-Covered Treasure Chest.
Loot the Gleaming Treasure Chest
Head to the Firewalker Ruins area and start your approach at 51.5, 74.7. The Gleaming Treasure Chest sits on top of the shortest stone pillar north of Firewalker Ruins at 49.7, 68.4. Reach it by jumping from one pillar to the next, starting from the Ruins.
Loot the Rope-Bound Treasure Chest
Make your way to the stone pillar at 60.0, 46.3 near The Blazing Way as a popular starting point for the rope jumps. The Rope-Bound Treasure Chest sits on a platform below the broken bridge at 53.9, 47.0. Jump from rope to rope between the connected stone pillars, working your way down to the lowest level before dropping onto the chest's platform.
Activate the Crane Statue
The Gleaming Crane Statue only becomes active after you have looted both the Gleaming and Rope-Bound Treasure Chests, at which point it gains a minimap icon. Cross the bridge through the Blazing Way area into Firewalker's Path and click the Gleaming Crane Statue at 58.5, 59.9 near the edge. It will launch you into the air to reach the Mist-Covered Treasure Chest. The statue disappears after you loot the third chest and resets the following week.
Tips
All three chests can only be looted once per week per character, resetting on the weekly reset.
Warlocks can place a Demonic Circle before attempting the Gleaming or Rope-Bound chest jumps to teleport back quickly if they fall, saving both time and durability on the Rope-Bound attempt.
See the video guides for visual walkthroughs of the pillar and rope-jumping sections.
