Fire-Watcher
Obtain 2000 Bloody Coins as an Emissary of Ordos or Ordon Fire-Watcher.
Fire-Watcher is an achievement requiring you to collect 2000 Bloody Coins while equipped with a
Fire-Watcher's Oath, earned through killing blow PvP on Timeless Isle-debuffed players.
Equip Fire-Watcher's Oath
Obtain and equip a
Fire-Watcher's Oath to begin earning Bloody Coins from killing blows against other players who carry the Perdition debuff.
Farm Botters in Twilight Highlands
Head to Bloodgulch in Twilight Highlands and locate the eastern entrance to the Horde base, where large numbers of level 90 hunters (botters) swarm around vendor Naka Scaleblade and vendor Raug. Kill the vendors to trap the botters in place, then farm killing blows on the bots as they respawn rapidly and will not fight back, generating Bloody Coins quickly.
Understand Killing Blow Rules
Bloody Coins are only awarded on the killing blow, not on hit or damage dealt, so use crowd control on any nearby mobs when your target is nearly dead to prevent them from stealing the killing blow.
Avoid Ineligible Targets
Holy Priests with Spirit of Redemption receive the Sacrificed to Ordos debuff on death and will never grant a Bloody Coin, so check any Priest's active buffs for a Chakra before engaging. Death Knights protected by Purgatory will not yield a coin on the first kill, but if you follow them and land the killing blow again before Purgatory comes off cooldown, you will receive a coin.
Tips
Coins are only awarded on killing blows, so avoid any scenario where a mob or another player could land the final hit on your target.
The achievement was hotfixed to require 2000 Bloody Coins, down from the original higher threshold.
