Blazebinder
Obtain 500 Bloody Coins as an Emissary of Ordos or Ordon Fire-Watcher.
Blazebinder is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting 500 Bloody Coins while using either the 
Censer of Eternal Agony or the 
Fire-Watcher's Oath on the Timeless Isle.
Obtain a Bloody Coin item
Buy a Fire-Watcher's Oath for 100 Timeless Coins from Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle in Pandaria. Alternatively, buy the Censer of Eternal Agony from the same vendor for 1000 Timeless Coins, which applies a 1-hour debuff making you hostile to both factions, celestial court guards, and flight masters.
Farm Bloody Coins efficiently
Have a friend or second account on the opposite faction stand near a graveyard or Spirit Healer, then kill them repeatedly with ranged attacks while staying at max range — the Spirit Healer will resurrect them every 30 seconds, letting you collect Bloody Coins rapidly without waiting on the full resurrection timer.
Reach 500 Bloody Coins
Continue killing your opposite-faction friend or alt until you accumulate 500 Bloody Coins total, at which point the Blazebinder achievement is awarded.
Tips
You can simultaneously earn Sightless Eyes and Honor alongside Bloody Coins by farming in the Underbelly of Legion Dalaran's Circle of Wills PvP area with a second account, letting you progress multiple PvP currency achievements at once.
If you lack Timeless Coins to purchase the Fire-Watcher's Oath, completing the introductory quests on the Timeless Isle will provide enough to buy one.
