Oathguard
Obtain 100 Bloody Coins as an Emissary of Ordos or Ordon Fire-Watcher.
Oathguard is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting 100 Bloody Coins while using the 
Fire-Watcher's Oath or the 
Censer of Eternal Agony on the Timeless Isle.
Obtain Fire-Watcher's Oath
Purchase the Fire-Watcher's Oath from Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle for 100 Timeless Coins. If you lack Timeless Coins, complete the introductory quests on the Timeless Isle to gather enough.
Farm Bloody Coins via graveyard method
Travel to the Darkbrul Arena cave in Highmountain (cave entrance at 53.80, 76.65) where a Spirit Healer is located at 49.66, 77.93. Have a friend on the opposite faction stand at the Spirit Healer's position — the Spirit Healer will automatically resurrect them every 30 seconds, bypassing the normal 2-minute timer. Stand at max range near Brick and repeatedly kill your friend with ranged attacks, earning one Bloody Coin per kill.
Alternative: Farm in Dalaran Underbelly
You and an opposite-faction friend can go to the Circle of Wills in The Underbelly of the Legion version of Dalaran, where you can simultaneously earn Bloody Coins alongside other PvP currencies like Sightless Eyes and Honor while working toward Oathguard.
Alternative: Earn coins in Battlegrounds
Activate the Fire-Watcher's Oath and earn Bloody Coins through killing blows in Battlegrounds, which counts toward the 100 Bloody Coins required for Oathguard.
Tips
The Spirit Healer in the Darkbrul Arena cave resurrects your friend every 30 seconds instead of the standard 2 minutes, making it significantly faster than other graveyard farming locations.
You do not need to be on the Darkbrul Arena world quest for the 30-second Spirit Healer resurrection to function.
Type /tar Brick in-game to locate the Spirit Healer inside the Darkbrul Arena cave more easily.
