Candlekeeper
Obtain 10 Bloody Coins as an Emissary of Ordos or Ordon Fire-Watcher.
Candlekeeper is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting 10 Bloody Coins while using the 
Fire-Watcher's Oath or the 
Censer of Eternal Agony on the Timeless Isle.
Obtain Fire-Watcher's Oath
Purchase the Fire-Watcher's Oath from Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle for 100 Timeless Coins. If you are short on Timeless Coins, completing the introductory quests on the Timeless Isle will get you enough.
Farm Bloody Coins in Battlegrounds
Activate the Fire-Watcher's Oath and queue for Battlegrounds — landing killing blows on enemy players will earn you Bloody Coins toward the 10 required for Candlekeeper.
Fast-farm with an Opposite-Faction Alt
Alternatively, bring an opposite-faction level 90+ alt or second account to a location near a Spirit Healer and kill the alt repeatedly with ranged attacks while your Fire-Watcher's Oath is active, collecting one Bloody Coin per kill until you reach 10.
Tips
The Spirit Healer at 49.66, 77.93 in Highmountain (cave entrance at 53.80, 76.65) inside Darkbrul Arena auto-resurrects every 30 seconds, bypassing the normal 2-minute timer — making it the fastest location to farm kills on an opposite-faction alt.
