Shroud of the Celestials - Guild Edition is a 10-point guild achievement awarded when the first member of your guild completes the quest A Pandaren Legend and uses a 
Timeless Essence of the Black Dragonflight to upgrade the resulting epic cloak into the legendary Shroud of the Celestials.
Complete A Pandaren Legend
One guild member must complete the quest A Pandaren Legend to receive the epic cloak reward. This triggers eligibility for the guild achievement — simply owning the cloak without completing the quest will not count.
Purchase the Timeless Essence
If no guild member has completed the quest chain, visit the Veiled Star at the Taverns in the Mists and purchase an epic cloak for 
8,000 gold and a Timeless Essence of the Black Dragonflight for 100 gold.
Use the Timeless Essence
Use the Timeless Essence of the Black Dragonflight on the epic cloak to transform it into the legendary version — note that this destroys the epic cloak along with any enchants, gems, or transmogs applied to it, and awards the guild achievement upon completion.
Tips
Only one guild member needs to perform this upgrade for the entire guild to receive the achievement, so coordinate with your guild to avoid unnecessary gold spending.
If you create or join a new guild after already owning the cloak, the guild achievement will not automatically apply — a member must actively complete the quest or use the Timeless Essence while in that guild.
