Successfully complete any of the Basic (Silver) trials at the Proving Grounds, while in a specialization not suited for it.

Choose a mismatched role
Pick a combination where your specialization does not match the trial's role — for example, a healer attempting the DPS trial, a DPS attempting the tank trial, or a tank attempting the heal trial.
Prepare your gear and glyphs
Since all gear is scaled down to item level 463, review your spellbook for any off-role abilities such as taunts, slows, stuns, roots, or defensive cooldowns. A Holy Priest attempting the DPS trial, for instance, should reforge spirit and mastery into haste and crit, gem haste and intellect, and use glyphs like Smite, Holy Fire, and Levitate for utility.
Adjust your playstyle to the trial role
Resist falling back into your main specialization's habits — if you are a DPS attempting the tank trial, your primary job is to hold aggro using taunts rather than dealing damage, as Sikari handles DPS. If you are a healer attempting the DPS trial using Chastise Chakra, prioritize applying Shadow Word: Pain to multiple targets and follow up with Smite on targets affected by your Holy Fire debuff.
Bring consumables for the attempt
Food and a flask are strongly recommended, especially for the tank trial as a DPS specialization, which is particularly demanding.
Complete the Silver trial
Successfully finish any Basic (Silver) trial in your mismatched specialization to earn the achievement. Hunters, for example, can attempt the healing trial, and Warlocks with a 
Charred Glyph can attempt the tank trial.
