Fly or walk to The Barrier Hills at 29, 12, located in the mountains separating Shattrath and Nagrand. The location bar can switch to Nagrand while you are still near Shattrath, so move around the area until the Terokkar Forest location name registers.
Explore Cenarion Thicket Area
Head to Cenarion Thicket at 41, 22, then continue to Razorthorn Shelf at 54, 20 to the east.
Visit Grangol'var and Tuurem
Travel to Grangol'var Village at 38, 35, then move northeast to Tuurem at 51, 29.
Discover Raastok Glade
Continue east to Raastok Glade at 60, 40, then head northeast to Firewing Point at 68, 36.
Explore Central Terokkar
Visit Refugee Caravan at 34, 52, then Shadow Tomb at 31, 53, followed by Carrion Hill at 42, 52, and Bonechewer Ruins at 64, 52.

Locate Veil Rhaze
Travel to Veil Rhaze at 24, 59. This location can be difficult to find, and the portion of the map revealed upon discovery does not closely correspond to where Veil Rhaze actually is on the map.
Tips
Veil Rhaze at 24, 59 is one of the harder locations to discover — fly directly to those coordinates rather than searching the surrounding area.
The Barrier Hills at 29, 12 can fail to register as Terokkar Forest if you drift too close to the Nagrand border, so reposition slightly toward Shattrath until the correct zone name appears.
