Explore Azuremyst Isle
Explore Azuremyst Isle, revealing the covered areas of the world map.
Explore Azuremyst Isle is a 10-point exploration achievement earned by revealing all covered areas of the Azuremyst Isle world map.
Reach Azuremyst Isle
Alliance players can take a boat to Azuremyst Isle directly. Horde players cannot reach Azuremyst Isle by swimming from Darkshore or the main continent — the fatigue zone will kill you before you arrive, and fatigue even applies in ghost form, causing a second death. The only reliable method for Horde is to use a flying mount if you have access to one, or find another travel route that avoids the open water fatigue zone.
Explore Eastern Azuremyst
Cover the eastern side of the island by visiting Ammen Vale at 77.16, 43.01, then Ammen Ford at 62.58, 53.96, followed by Geezle's Camp at 58.18, 66.29, Pod Wreckage at 52.62, 61.42, and Azure Watch at 49.14, 51.3. Note that guards in Ammen Vale are level 90 and deal very high damage to cloth wearers, so consider removing your gear before entering that area to avoid durability loss.
Explore Central Azuremyst
Move through the central region by visiting Moongraze Woods at 51.06, 44.88, Pod Cluster at 36.12, 60.81, Odesyus' Landing at 46.63, 70.17, and The Exodar at 31, 40.
Explore Northern Azuremyst
Head north and reveal Stillpine Hold at 46.05, 21.64, Emberglade at 58.95, 18.63, Fairbridge Strand at 42.39, 5.01, and Silting Shore at 34.57, 13.03.
Explore Western Azuremyst
Finish the western side by visiting Valaar's Berth at 22.34, 53.86, Bristlelimb Village at 24.99, 67.45, Wrathscale Point at 31.99, 77, and finally Silvermyst Isle at 13.24, 78.33, which is the small island off the southwestern coast.
Tips
Horde players attempting the World Explorer achievement should avoid trying to swim to Azuremyst Isle — the fatigue zone extends far enough to kill even fast-mounted players before reaching shore, and will kill you a second time in ghost form.
See the video guides for a full walkthrough of the exploration route across the island.
