Celestial Family
Obtain all four of the celestial pets.
Celestial Family requires you to obtain all four August Celestial battle pets — Chi-Chi, Hatchling of Chi-Ji; Zao, Calfling of Niuzao; Xu-Fu, Cub of Xuen; and Yu'la, Broodling of Yu'lon — by purchasing them from Master Li on the Timeless Isle using 
Celestial Coins earned from the Celestial Tournament.
Reach 30 Level 25 Pets
You must have 30 level 25 pets in your collection before you can enter the Celestial Tournament. This is a hard requirement to participate and begin earning Celestial Coins.
Complete the Celestial Tournament Weekly
Travel to the Timeless Isle and complete the Celestial Tournament and its weekly quest, The Celestial Tournament. Your first completion awards 3 Celestial Coins, and every subsequent weekly completion awards 1 Celestial Coin.
Purchase All Four Pets
Each of the four celestial pets costs 3 Celestial Coins from Master Li on the Timeless Isle, for a total of 12 Celestial Coins across all four pets. Because the first week awards 3 coins and each following week awards 1 coin, you will need a minimum of 10 weeks to collect all four pets and earn the Celestial Family achievement.
Tips
The first week of completing the Celestial Tournament awards 3 Celestial Coins instead of the usual 1, so completing it as soon as possible reduces your total time investment.
