Proving Yourself: Gold Tank (Level 90)

Eat food, use a flask, and grab a Healthstone before starting the trial. Equip Rook's Unlucky Talisman or a trinket with a similar damage-mitigation effect to help reduce the impact of Fan of Bananas.

Place two world markers inside the arena before waves begin to help track spawn points and position yourself more effectively throughout the trial.

Large Illusionary Flamecallers and Small Illusionary Flamecallers can largely be left to Sikari the Mistweaver, who is capable of tanking and killing them on her own, though the Large one may require a stun or interrupt from you to help her through it. Avoid picking up aggro from them, as Pyroblast and Fireball deal significant damage to the tank.

Take advantage of the Flamecallers' Invoke Lava ability by positioning mobs inside the lava pools, which deal damage to enemies standing in them.

Grab Illusionary Ambushers as soon as they spawn and kite them to avoid taking multiple Fan of Bananas hits at once, as overlapping casts deal heavy damage.

Hold your defensive cooldowns through Wave 9 and use them on Wave 10, when two Large Illusionary Conquerors appear and the damage output spikes significantly.
