Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider
Complete the Siege of Orgrimmar raid achievements listed below.
Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider is a meta-achievement requiring completion of 14 sub-achievements inside the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, rewarding the Galakras proto-drake mount upon completion.
Understand the Meta-Achievement Scope
Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider contains 14 sub-achievements across the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, and it can be completed on Normal or Flexible difficulty — Heroic mode is not required, making this one of the few Glory achievements of its kind.
Complete No More Tears
When Immersius submerges, he spawns Sha Puddles and Contaminated Puddles — crowd control the Sha Puddles to prevent them from reaching Immersius, which converts them into Tears of the Vale; kill 10 of these Tears of the Vale to earn the achievement. Void Tendrils, Gorefiend's Grasp, and Death Grip work on these adds, while Ring of Frost, Banish, Fear, and Frost Trap do not.
Complete Go Long on He Softfoot
When He Softfoot is brought to 66% and 33% health, he casts a special ability that summons Embodied Anguish and applies Mark of Anguish to a random player, also granting that player an extra action bar — coordinate your group to handle this mechanic correctly at both thresholds.
Defeat Galakras Last
Galakras is the fifth boss of Siege of Orgrimmar and is Warlord Zaela's proto-drake; defeating him is required as part of progressing through the raid to complete the remaining sub-achievements.
Solo Eleven Achievements First
Eleven of the 14 sub-achievements, including No More Tears, can be completed solo, so enter the raid alone to knock those out before grouping up for the remaining three that require additional players.
Tips
See the video guide for a visual walkthrough of the trickier sub-achievement mechanics.
Complete the 11 soloable sub-achievements in one lockout, then use a subsequent reset to finish the remaining group-required achievements — this also lets you learn the raid layout before coordinating with others.
