Visit Donni Anthania in Elwynn Forest at 44.2, 53.2 to purchase Cat Carrier (Bombay), Cat Carrier (Cornish Rex), Cat Carrier (Orange Tabby), and Cat Carrier (Silver Tabby). The Cat Carrier (White Kitten) is sold by Lil Timmy, who roams Stormwind City.

Purchase Cat Carrier (Calico Cat) from Breanni in Dalaran at 58.6, 39.6, and buy the Winterspring Cub from Michelle De Rum in Winterspring at 59.8, 51.6. You can also pick up the Cat Carrier (Siamese) from Dealer Rashaad in Netherstorm at 43.4, 35.2.

During the Darkmoon Faire world event, purchase the Darkmoon Cub from Lhara on Darkmoon Island at 48.6, 69.8 for 90 Darkmoon Prize Tickets.

During Hallow's End, purchase the Feline Familiar from Pippi in Elwynn Forest (Alliance) or Woim in Undercity (Horde).

Several cats including Cat Carrier (Black Tabby), Cat Carrier (Bombay), Cat Carrier (Cornish Rex), and Cat Carrier (Siamese) are tradeable and can be purchased from other players on the Auction House to fill out your remaining slots toward the 20 needed.

The Cinder Kitten and Guardian Cub are available from the Blizzard Store, the Nightsaber Cub comes from a Trading Card Game card, and the Spectral Tiger Cub is from an extremely rare Trading Card; since you only need 20 of the listed cats, you can skip the most difficult ones entirely.
