Grievous Conquest requires earning 27,000 Conquest Points during Season 14, which is slightly more than the 26,850 Conquest Points needed to purchase a full head-to-toe set of Grievous gear.

Accumulate 27,000 Conquest Points through Season 14 PvP activities. Note that purchasing a complete set of Grievous gear costs 26,850 Conquest Points, so you will need to farm slightly beyond a full gear set to reach the achievement threshold.
Purchase Gear from Roo Desvin
Once you have earned 27,000 Conquest Points and hold a personal rating of 2,000, Roo Desvin will sell you non-Elite Grievous gear for Conquest Points instead of the standard currency.
