Collect Your Deck (Season 2) requires you to earn the right to purchase challenge cards for specific Brawler's Guild bosses by finding quest-starter items that unlock each fight — you do not need to actually defeat the bosses, only gain access to their cards.
Dance with Grandpa Grumplefloot
Travel to Kun-Lai Summit and perform a /dance emote with Grandpa Grumplefloot to receive the 
Knockoff Grumplefloot, which unlocks the fight against the boss of the same name.
Farm Hozen in Kun-Lai Summit
Accept the daily quest The Burlap Grind in Kun-Lai Summit, then slaughter Hozen while riding Kota Kon until the 
Hozen-Fur Fuse drops — you do not need to complete the quest, and it can drop even after fulfilling the quest's kill requirements.
Obtain the Vial of Reddish Ooze
The 
Vial of Reddish Ooze, which unlocks the fight against Splat, now drops from Crude Slime in Gorgrond — head to roughly 56.6, 52.0 in Gorgrond where a path leads into their cave.
Defeat Legendary Pet Doopy
Find and defeat the Legendary Battle Pet Doopy to earn the 
Frost-Tipped Eggshell, unlocking the fight against Dippy and Doopy.
Farm The Bear and the Lady Fair
The 
The Bear and the Lady Fair now drops from mobs in Socrethar's Rise in Shadowmoon Valley, Draenor — for example, Sargerei Workers drop this item.
Obtain Dusty Old Robot from Blingtron 5000
The 
Dusty Old Robot is obtainable from Blingtron 5000, so interact with one daily for a chance to receive it and unlock its associated Brawler's Guild fight.
Tips
The quest-starter items for this achievement are not account-bound, so farm them on your main character rather than on alts to avoid wasting drops.
Earning access to all 12 bosses rewards approximately 7, 100 gold in total from the individual completion rewards.
