Hekima's Heal-Halter is a 10-point achievement earned in the Blood in the Snow scenario by interrupting every cast of Hekima's Wisdom before it completes.

Interrupt Hekima's Wisdom

Hekima casts Hekima's Scorn two to four times between each Hekima's Wisdom cast, giving you a clear window to interrupt it. Hekima's Wisdom uses a Chain Heal visual, making it easy to identify even without Hekima targeted.

One-shot at Max Level

At max level, Hekima can be killed in a single hit, which naturally prevents any Hekima's Wisdom casts and causes the achievement to pop immediately.
