Chapter V: Judgment of the Black Prince
Work with Wrathion to create your legendary cloak and complete his quest to defeat Garrosh Hellscream.
Chapter V: Judgment of the Black Prince is the final chapter of Wrathion's Legendary questline in Mists of Pandaria, requiring you to complete a series of quests culminating in the defeat of Garrosh Hellscream and earning the title Legend of Pandaria.
Return to Wrathion
After completing Chapter IV: Celestial Blessings, speak with Wrathion when he asks you to meet him back at the inn to begin Chapter V.
Travel to Timeless Isle
Accept the quest A Timeless Discovery and journey to the Timeless Isle, the new zone added alongside the Siege of Orgrimmar.
Collect 5,000 Timeless Coins
Complete the quest Secrets of the Timeless Isle by gathering 5,000 Timeless Coins, which drop from mobs, chests, events, one-time quests, and a daily quest on the Timeless Isle.
Complete The Emperor's Way
Accept The Emperor's Way quest and enter the Siege of Orgrimmar raid to defeat Garrosh Hellscream, completing Wrathion's legendary questline and earning your legendary cloak.
Claim Your Legendary Cloak
Upon completion, choose your legendary cloak based on your role: tanks can select 
Qian-Ying, Fortitude of Niuzao or Qian-Le, Courage of Niuzao, melee DPS can choose 
Fen-Yu, Fury of Xuen or Gong-Lu, Strength of Xuen, casters can take 
Xing-Ho, Breath of Yu'lon, and healers can select 
Jina-Kang, Kindness of Chi-Ji.
Tips
This questline cannot be started once Patch 6.0 launches; if not completed before Warlords of Draenor releases, all associated quests and items are removed and the achievement becomes a Legacy achievement.
After the final cutscene, you can skip following Wrathion — he walks at roughly walking speed to the edge of the zone and phases out, so watching him is entirely optional.
