Mount Parade
Obtain 200 mounts (usable by a single character).
Mount Parade requires obtaining 200 mounts usable by a single character, rewarding the
Armored Blue Dragonhawk (Alliance) or
Armored Red Dragonhawk (Horde).
Understand What Counts
The achievement tracks mounts usable by a single character, not your total account collection. Faction-specific mounts from opposing factions cancel each other out — for example, owning Goblin mounts on Horde means the equivalent Worgen mounts on Alliance will not add new progress toward the achievement total.
Purchase Argent Tournament Mounts
Argent Tournament mounts are among the more accessible options, with roughly 13 mounts available for purchase through that content — these should be prioritized before moving on to lower-drop-rate sources.
Farm Low Drop Rate Raid Mounts
After exhausting easier sources, plan to farm low drop rate mounts from older raids and dungeons such as the Reins of the Raven Lord and Rivendare's Deathcharger, both of which can be soloed at max level by entering their respective dungeons and defeating the relevant bosses.
Check Warlock and Paladin Class Mounts
If your achievement tracker shows 199 but the achievement does not complete after acquiring a new mount, log onto a Warlock or Paladin character — those classes have two class-specific mounts that count toward the total, and your actual per-character count may be lower than the tracker displays on another character.
Tips
If your tracker reads 199 but the achievement does not fire, switch to a Warlock or Paladin character where class mounts (such as the Dreadsteed) contribute to that character's individual count, potentially pushing you over 200.
See the video guide for a broader breakdown of mount sources to help close the gap between easy purchases and the full 200 required.
