These Mogu Have Gotta Go-gu
In the Court of Bones, summon and defeat all of the ancient mogu listed below.
These Mogu Have Gotta Go-gu is a 10-point achievement earned in the Court of Bones on the Isle of Thunder by summoning and defeating three ancient mogu spirits using special incantation items found at small readable plaques near their tombstones.
Locate the Tombstones
Head to the southeastern section of the Court of Bones on the Isle of Thunder. The three summon tombstones are arranged roughly in a line from north to south: Sparkmaster Vu at 38.5, 54.8 is the northernmost, followed by Forgemaster Deng at 38.7, 58.1, and Haquin of the Hundred Spears at 38.9, 59.3 nearest the southern end.
Obtain the Incantation Items
Each tombstone has a small plaque you can read and interact with to obtain its corresponding incantation. 
Incantation of Deng is found by the left statue in the southeastern graveyard, and Incantation of Haqin is found at the center statue in the same area. Position yourself carefully at each tombstone, as the stones can be particular about your placement when summoning.
Summon and Defeat Each Mogu
Use each incantation at its corresponding tombstone to summon the spectral mogu — use Incantation of Vu at 38.5, 54.8, Incantation of Deng at 38.7, 58.1, and Incantation of Haqin at 38.9, 59.3 — then defeat each one to complete the achievement. On high-population servers, summon and engage quickly as there is a brief window before the mob can be tagged by other players.
Tips
If you still need only one specific mogu for the achievement, disable auto-loot and only loot the incantation item for the boss you still need — the weekly lockout tracker counts looting the item, not whether it drops, so you can keep killing until the correct incantation drops and then loot it.
