Defeat all of the Isle of Thunder summonable bosses listed below.

"It Was Worth Every Ritual Stone" is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating all summonable Isle of Thunder bosses: the three Spirit Champions, three Lightning Champions, and three Primal Champions.

1

Farm Shan'ze Ritual Stones

You need three Shan'ze Ritual Stones to summon each boss. Reliable weekly sources are the rare elites and treasure chests scattered across the Isle of Thunder.

2

Purchase Ritual Stones via Charms

If you are Exalted with your Isle of Thunder faction, buy Elder Charms from Commander Lo Ping on Niu Zao Temple in Townlong Steppes using Lesser Charms (20 Lesser Charms each, cap of 20 Elder Charms), then spend 15 Elder Charms at your faction Quartermaster on the Isle of Thunder — Vasarin or Hiren — to purchase a Sunreaver Bounty or Arcane Trove, which each have roughly a 20% chance to contain a Ritual Stone.

3

Defeat the Spirit Champions

Use your Ritual Stones to summon and defeat all three Spirit Champions: Echo of Kros at 55.2, 87.7; Spirit of Warlord Teng at 35.7, 63.8 — who can drop Teng's Reach; and Kor'dok at 30.7, 58.6 — who can drop Vengeance of Kor'dok. All three are on Isle of Thunder island stage 1.

4

Defeat the Lightning Champions

Summon and defeat all three Lightning Champions: Electromancer Ju'le at 44.5, 61.0 (island stage 1), Qj'nor at 48, 26 — who can drop Gaze of Qi'nor, and Ancient Mogu Guardian at 55.3, 47.9 — who can drop Mogu Sportsman's Bow.

5

Defeat the Primal Champions

Summon and defeat all three Primal Champions: Cera at 57.9, 79.2 (island stage 1) — who can drop Cera's Impalers; Windweaver Akil'amon at 68.9, 39.3 — who can drop Talonblade of Akil'amon; and the Incomplete Drakkari Colossus at 49.9, 20.7 — who can drop Drakkari Decapitator.

Tips

  • The weekly quest Champions of the Thunder King should be picked up before summoning any boss, as it can be completed each weekly reset alongside your summons.

  • If you die during a summonable boss encounter, the boss will despawn and your three Ritual Stones will be lost, so wait for any damaging effects to subside before engaging.
