Kill 10 Zandalari Warscouts and 5 Zandalari Warbringers.

Zul'Again requires you to kill 10 Zandalari Warscouts and 5 Zandalari Warbringers, both rare elites found across Pandaria zones.

1

Locate Zandalari Warbringers

Zandalari Warbringers have approximately 21 million health and are best handled with 3 or more characters. Find them at 52, 17 in The Jade Forest, at 70, 37 in The Jade Forest, at 36, 88 in Townlong Steppes, at 39, 66 in Krasarang Wilds, at 75, 62 in Kun-Lai Summit, and at 47, 60 in Dread Wastes. Both Warbringers and Warscouts share the same set of abilities — clicking their nameplate reveals active buffs (4 for Warbringers, 3 for Warscouts) that determine which abilities they will use: Tribal Mask triggers Horrific Visage (AOE fear for 8 seconds), Scarab Brooch triggers Scarab Swarm (AOE scarabs that despawn if not killed), Thundering Sigil triggers Thunder Crush (avoid lightning clouds on the ground), and Star Map triggers Meteor Shower.

2

Find Stealthed Zandalari Warscouts

Zandalari Warscouts have approximately 6 million health and can be soloed. They spawn in stealth near Warbringer locations but can appear at significant distances — in Krasarang Wilds at 39, 66 the scout has been found across the water deep in the jungle, and in Kun-Lai Summit at 75, 62 the scout has appeared on the opposite end of the cliff. In Townlong Steppes at 36, 85 and Dread Wastes at 47, 61 scouts tend to stay closer to the Warbringer. Kill the Warscout before engaging the Warbringer if possible, as the scout patrols back toward the Warbringer and can join the fight mid-combat.

Tips

  • Spawn points for Warbringers are heavily camped, so visiting multiple zone locations in a loop across The Jade Forest, Townlong Steppes, Krasarang Wilds, Kun-Lai Summit, and Dread Wastes will improve your rate of finding uncontested kills.

  • Check the buff on each enemy's nameplate before engaging — knowing which ability (Horrific Visage, Scarab Swarm, Thunder Crush, or Meteor Shower) is active lets you prepare the correct counter before the pull.
