Defeat Primordius in Throne of Thunder on Normal or Heroic difficulty without any player receiving a harmful mutation.
Genetically Unmodified Organism requires defeating Primordius in Throne of Thunder without any player receiving a harmful mutation — accomplished by ignoring all adds and burning Primordius down before his enrage.
Enter Throne of Thunder
Enter Throne of Thunder and head to Primordius. The boss has a baseline 35% damage reduction debuff, which is manageable for a solo burn.
Do Not Kill Adds
Do not kill any of the adds in the room — killing an add increases Primordius's damage reduction from 35% to 90%, making him nearly impossible to burn down in time. Use only single-target damage and avoid all AoE abilities.
Burn Primordius Down
Pop Bloodlust or Heroism immediately and focus all damage on Primordius, letting the blobs be absorbed into him naturally while you ignore them. At max level this is easily soloable — simply nuke the boss and the achievement completes upon his death.
