Follow Wrathion's questline after your Horde forces land on the beach and complete his trials to earn the Eye of the Black Prince as your reward.
Use Eye of the Black Prince Wisely
The Eye of the Black Prince grants a prismatic socket and is consumed on use with no replacement offered by Wrathion, so apply it only to a weapon you intend to keep long-term — if you expect to upgrade from an LFR or Normal Sha-Touched weapon, hold off until you have your final version.

If needed, the Eye of the Black Prince can be purchased from the Valor Point vendor in Niuzao Temple, with the base price varying based on guild level.
