Fortune of Pandaria is a 10-point exploration achievement earned by finding and looting 5 Treasures of Pandaria scattered across Pandaria's zones.
Loot Jade Forest Treasures
Find the 
Ancient Pandaren Tea Pot at 26.2, 32.4 in The Jade Forest on a table, the 
Lucky Pandaren Coin at 31.9, 27.8 in The Jade Forest inside a fountain, and the 
Pandaren Ritual Stone at 23.5, 35 in The Jade Forest situated between five stones on an island. A Chest of Supplies can also be found at 24, 53 in The Jade Forest at the bottom of a waterfall near an overturned boat, and an Offering of Remembrance is located at 46, 81 in The Jade Forest on a shrine.
Collect Valley of the Four Winds Treasures
In Valley of the Four Winds, loot the Cache of Pilfered Goods at 43.5, 37.4, the 
Boat-Building Instructions at 92.1, 39.1, and the Virmen Treasure Cache at 23.79, 28.41.
Grab The Veiled Stair Treasure
Head to The Veiled Stair and retrieve The Hammer of Folly at 75.1, 76.4; follow the path starting at 68.1, 79 in The Veiled Stair to reach it.
Track Already-Found Treasures
Each treasure can only be looted once per character. To check which treasures your character has already collected, run the command '/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(xxxxx))' in game, replacing xxxxx with the relevant FLAG quest number, to confirm completion status before traveling to a location.
Tips
You only need 5 of the available treasures to complete the achievement, so focus on whichever locations are most convenient.
