The First Rule of Brawler's Guild (Season 1 or 2) is an achievement earned by obtaining an invitation to brawl at Bizmo's Brawlpub in the Deeprun Tram.
Obtain a Brawler's Invitation
You can gain entry to the Brawler's Guild by one of three methods: purchase a 
Bloodied Scroll from the Black Market Auction House, have an existing Brawler's Guild member invite you directly, or kill the opposite faction rares in Krasarang Wilds.
Enter Bizmo's Brawlpub
Once invited, Alliance players head to Bizmo's Brawlpub located in the Deeprun Tram. Horde players can find their Brawler's Guild entrance at the back of the Valley of Honor in the large circular building at 70.5, 31 in Orgrimmar.
