The Second Rule of Brawler's Guild (Season 1) is a legacy achievement requiring you to reach Rank 7 with Bizmo's Brawlpub by defeating a series of increasingly difficult solo arena bosses during the Pandaria campaign.
Obtain a Brawler's Pass
Acquire a 
Brawler's Pass to gain entry to Bizmo's Brawlpub. The pass is tradeable, so it can be obtained from another player.
Clear Ranks 1 Through 4
Defeat all bosses at Ranks 1 through 4 in order: Rank 1 includes Bruce, Vian the Volatile, Goredome, and Dungeon Master Vishas; Rank 2 includes Dippy, Kirrawk, Fran and Riddoh, and King Kulaka; Rank 3 includes Blat, Sanoriak, Ixx, and Mazhareen; Rank 4 includes Crush, Leona Earthwind, Dominika the Illusionist, and Deeken.
Clear Ranks 5 and 6
Defeat all bosses at Rank 5 — Millie Watt, Fjoll, Proboskus, and the Leper Gnome Quintet (including Greazy) — then progress through Rank 6 by defeating Yikkan Izu, Akama, Smash Hoofstomp, and Unguloxx.
Reach Rank 7 to Complete
Defeat all four Rank 7 bosses — Bo, Bobble and Max Megablast, Dark Summoner, Battletron, and Meatball — to reach Rank 7 and earn the achievement.

Reaching Rank 7 on additional characters on the same account also rewards an additional Brawler's Pass, which is tradeable.
