Pandaren Spirit Tamer
Complete the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest.
The Pandaren Spirit Tamer achievement is earned by completing the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest, which requires you to defeat all four Pandaren Spirit tamers across Pandaria.
Unlock the Quest First
You must have the Taming the World achievement completed before the Spirit Tamers will offer you quests or battles. If you approach them without this prerequisite, they will not interact with you.
Defeat Thundering Pandaren Spirit
Find the Thundering Pandaren Spirit at 64.8, 93.6 in Kun-Lai Summit. His team consists of the 
Pandaren Earth Spirit (Elemental), Sludgy (Critter), and Darnak the Tunneler (Beast), all at level 25 Legendary quality. This is considered one of the harder Spirit Tamers — the Earth Spirit frequently opens by stunning your pet twice. High-speed pets, a Flayer Youngling, or an Emperor Crab all perform well here, as do pets with self-healing. Avoid trying to counter Elementals with Aquatic types, as you risk being one-shot; instead use Critter-type pets with strong Aquatic attacks, such as a Rapana Whelk or other snails.
Defeat Burning Pandaren Spirit
Find the Burning Pandaren Spirit at 57, 42.2 in Townlong Steppes. His team includes the 
Pandaren Fire Spirit (Elemental) and Crimson (Dragonkin), all at level 25 Legendary quality. Use a Death Talon Whelpguard (Dragonkin with Humanoid attacks) to counter Dragonkin pets that use Flying abilities.
Defeat Flowing Pandaren Spirit
Find the Flowing Pandaren Spirit at 61.2, 87.6. His team includes the 
Pandaren Water Spirit (Elemental) at level 25 Legendary quality. Avoid countering Elementals purely through type advantage; use off-type attacks for best results.
Defeat Whispering Pandaren Spirit
Find the Whispering Pandaren Spirit at 28.8, 36. His team includes the 
Pandaren Air Spirit (Elemental) at level 25 Legendary quality. An Azure Whelpling (Dragonkin type with a Beast attack) works well against the Whispering Spirit's Critter pet. You can defeat all four tamers in any order.
Collect Your Reward and Dailies
Once you complete the quest for the first time, the four tamers become available as daily quests, which are account-wide. Each daily has a chance to reward 
Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies, which can contain the Spirit pets. Note that these pets are BoE and can also be purchased from the Auction House. Completing these dailies also does not count toward the Taming the World achievement.
Tips
If you plan to farm all four Spirit pets, consider starting with the Thundering Pandaren Spirit daily last, as it is the most difficult encounter — clearing the three easier tamers first leaves the hardest fight as a single remaining challenge.
The Spirit pets are BoE, meaning they are tradeable and can be found on the Auction House if you prefer to skip farming the dailies.
