Kill all three of the opposing faction's champions in Krasarang Wilds.
I'm In Your Base, Killing Your Dudes is a 10-point achievement earned by killing all three of the opposing faction's champions in Krasarang Wilds.
Complete Domination Point Quests
Before the champion NPCs will appear for you, complete the quest line at Domination Point in western Krasarang Wilds to properly phase them into the world and unlock the area's dailies.
Kill Horde Champions (Alliance)
If you are Alliance, hunt down all three Horde champions near Domination Point in western Krasarang Wilds: find Ubunti the Shade at 13.2, 66.2, find Muerta at 10.6, 56.8, and find Kar Warmaker patrolling the outside of the fortress wall between the two entrance gates around 14.8, 57.2. Killing these three can reward items including 
Honorable Commendation of Operation: Shieldwall, 
Bloodied Scroll, 
Alliance Insignia of Conquering, 
SI:7 Operative's Manual, and 
Steadfast Footman's Medallion.
Kill Alliance Champions (Horde)
If you are Horde, hunt down all three Alliance champions near Domination Point in western Krasarang Wilds: find Disha Fearwarden at 87.4, 29.2, find Dalan Nightbreaker at 85.0, 27.6, and find Mavis Harms at 84.6, 31.0. Killing these three can reward items including 
Honorable Commendation of the Dominance Offensive, 
Blood-Soaked Invitation, 
Horde Insignia of Conquering, 
Kor'kron Book of Hurting, and 
Mark of the Hardened Grunt.
