Jade Pandaren Kite upon obtaining 150 mounts usable by a single character.
Purchase Horde Racial Mounts
Visit racial vendors across Horde capital cities to purchase baseline mounts: in Silvermoon City pick up the 
Black Hawkstrider, 
Blue Hawkstrider, 
Purple Hawkstrider, 
Red Hawkstrider, 
Swift Green Hawkstrider, 
Swift Pink Hawkstrider, and 
Swift Purple Hawkstrider; in Orgrimmar buy the 
Horn of the Black Wolf, Horn of the Brown Wolf, Horn of the Dire Wolf, Horn of the Timber Wolf, Horn of the Swift Brown Wolf, 
Horn of the Swift Gray Wolf, and Horn of the Swift Timber Wolf; in Thunder Bluff grab the 
Brown Kodo, 
Gray Kodo, White Kodo, Great Brown Kodo, Great Gray Kodo, and Great White Kodo; from the Darkspear vendor pick up the 
Whistle of the Emerald Raptor, Whistle of the Turquoise Raptor, and Whistle of the Violet Raptor; and from the Bilgewater Cartel vendor purchase the 
Goblin Trike Key and 
Goblin Turbo-Trike Key.
Claim Your Reward
Once you reach 150 mounts on a single character, the Jade Pandaren Kite is automatically added to your Mounts and Pets menu — it is not delivered via in-game mail.
