Explore Northern Stranglethorn
Explore Northern Stranglethorn, revealing the covered areas of the world map.
Explore Northern Stranglethorn is a 10-point exploration achievement earned by uncovering all fogged areas on the Northern Stranglethorn map.
Visit Northern Locations
Travel to Rebel Camp at 47.37, 11.09, then Ruins of Zul'Kunda at 26.22, 22.81, Zuuldaia Ruins at 19.81, 23.98, and Nesingwary's Expedition at 44.13, 23.25 to uncover the northern portion of the map.
Explore Central-North Areas
Head to Kurzen's Compound at 57.75, 21.02, Zul'Gurub at 67.53, 32.85, Lake Nazferiti at 52.35, 34.51, Bal'lal Ruins at 34.6, 35.78, and The Vile Reef at 25.94, 42.43 to reveal the central-northern zones.
Cover Central Map Areas
Visit Kal'ai Ruins at 42.95, 41.82, Grom'gol Base Camp at 37.79, 50.21, Mizjah Ruins at 45.98, 54.08, Bambala at 62.95, 39.13, and Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound at 66.17, 48.69 to uncover the central sections.
Discover Balia'mah Ruins
Balia'mah Ruins is one of the most commonly missed discovery points — its map icon appears visible before the area is actually uncovered. Fly to 60.28, 55.5, which is nearly due west of Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound, to properly reveal this area.
Explore Southern Locations
Finish by visiting Fort Livingston at 53, 66.65 to complete coverage of the southern region of Northern Stranglethorn and trigger the achievement.
Tips
If the achievement does not complete after visiting all locations, return to Balia'mah Ruins at 60.28, 55.5 — the fogged strip west of the ruins icon is a frequent miss and requires physically flying over that specific area.
