Visit Central Western Zones
Continue to Crown Guard Tower at 35.75, 68.82, The Fungal Vale at 35.52, 46.65, Terrordale at 13.74, 27.79, Plaguewood at 27.59, 21.44, and Stratholme at 27.07, 11.63.
Cover Northern Locations

Move through the central zone hitting Blackwood Lake at 46.57, 43.49, Eastwall Tower at 62.29, 42.29, The Infectis Scar at 48.9, 62.25, Corin's Crossing at 54.5, 61.84, and Lake Mereldar at 56.8, 73.64.
Reveal Eastern Locations
Travel east to Light's Hope Chapel at 74.95, 53.1, Pestilent Scar at 69.99, 53.76, and The Noxious Glade at 77.1, 37.02. From The Noxious Glade, a tunnel entrance is located to your right as you enter the glade; follow it to reach Death's Breach, and you will discover the Ruins of the Scarlet Enclave at roughly 82.1, 45 without needing to fight through Tyr's Hand. The tunnel entrance is at 80.8, 42.4.
Confirm Tyr's Hand Discovery
If you did not use the Noxious Glade tunnel route, visit Tyr's Hand at 72.09, 70.14 directly to ensure that area is revealed on your map.
Tips
If you cannot safely reach the Ruins of the Scarlet Enclave through Tyr's Hand, use the tunnel in The Noxious Glade at 80.8, 42.4 instead — the area past the tunnel contains no enemies, making it a safer route to trigger the discovery at roughly 82.1, 45.
