The Seat of Knowledge
Restore and display pristine versions of all Pandaren and Mogu artifacts.
The Seat of Knowledge is a location above Mogu'shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms where you hand in 20 Pristine artifacts — 10 Pandaren and 10 Mogu — to Lorewalker Cho to earn the title Seeker of Knowledge.
Reach The Seat of Knowledge
The Seat of Knowledge is located above Mogu'shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and can only be reached via flying. You must be level 90 to access it on your own, or have a level 90 friend assist you.
Collect All 20 Pristine Artifacts
You need one Pristine version of each of the following 10 Pandaren artifacts: 
Pristine Pandaren Tea Set, 
Pristine Game Board, 
Pristine Empty Keg, 
Pristine Twin Stein Set, 
Pristine Walking Cane, 
Pristine Carved Bronze Mirror, 
Pristine Gold-Inlaid Figurine, 
Pristine Apothecary Tins, 
Pristine Pearl of Yu'lon, and 
Pristine Standard of Niuzao; and one Pristine version of each of the following 10 Mogu artifacts: 
Pristine Branding Iron, 
Pristine Manacles of Rebellion, 
Pristine Mogu Runestone, 
Pristine Terracotta Arm, 
Pristine Petrified Bone Whip, 
Pristine Thunder King Insignia, 
Pristine Edicts of the Thunder King, 
Pristine Iron Amulet, 
Pristine Mogu Coin, and 
Pristine Monument Ledger.
Hand In Quests to Lorewalker Cho
Once you obtain a Pristine artifact quest item, fly to The Seat of Knowledge above Mogu'shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and hand in the quest to Lorewalker Cho. The achievement completes after all 20 Pristine artifacts have been handed in and displayed.
Tips
Pristine artifacts have exactly a 10% drop rate per solve, meaning you will need an average of 720 total solves across both races to complete all 20. If you are down to one remaining Pristine, expect an average of 200 additional solves for that final artifact.
You can accept Pristine artifact quests at level 85 as soon as the quest item drops, but you cannot hand them in at The Seat of Knowledge until you are level 90 or have a level 90 player fly you there.
Non-Pristine Restored MoP artifacts can be exchanged with Brann at The Seat of Knowledge to complete older archaeology achievements, making the grind useful beyond just this achievement.
