Visit Jade Forest Buckets
Collect from Candy Buckets at Paw'don Village at 44.8, 84.4, Pearlfin Village at 59.6, 83.2, Dawn's Blossom at 45.7, 43.6, Greenstone Village at 48, 34.6, Tian Monastery at 41.6, 23.1, Sri-La Village at 55.7, 24.4, and Jade Temple Grounds at 54.6, 63.3 in The Jade Forest.
Visit Veiled Stair Bucket
Collect from the Candy Bucket at Tavern in the Mists at 55, 72 in The Veiled Stair.
Visit Kun-Lai Summit Buckets
Collect from Candy Buckets at Zouchin Village at 62.3, 29, The Grummle Bazaar at 64.2, 61.2, One Keg at 57.4, 59.9, Binan Village at 72.7, 92.2, and Westwind Rest at 54, 82.8 in Kun-Lai Summit.

Tips
Westwind Rest in Kun-Lai Summit requires completing a chain of quests starting at Binan Village — begin with Hit Medicine, Call Out Their Leader, and All of the Arrows, which leads into Admiral Taylor has Awakened, then Westwind Rest, and finally Challenge Accepted to unlock the location.
The Stoneplow Candy Bucket at 20, 56 in Valley of the Four Winds requires completing the Stoneplow quest hub (roughly 5–6 quests) to avoid being phased out, even though this hub is not part of the Loremaster of Pandaria achievement.
Other inn Candy Buckets may also be phased if you have not completed the relevant local quest hubs in that zone — progress the area's quests if a bucket does not appear.
