Chapter III: Two Princes is a quest achievement earned by completing a series of quests involving Wrathion and the secrets of the mogu, culminating in delivering the heart of the Thunder King to Wrathion.
Complete Meet Me Upstairs
Begin the chapter by completing the quest Meet Me Upstairs to initiate the storyline with Wrathion.
Complete Secrets of the First Empire
Complete the quest Secrets of the First Empire and I Need A Champion to continue progressing through the chapter.
Complete The Thunder Forge
The Thunder Forge quest requires your realm to have advanced to the fourth stage on the Isle of Thunder, unlocking the Thunder Forges, and you must have completed To the Skies! beforehand. Meet Wrathion in his dragon form by the Forge and complete the single-player scenario.
Complete Spirit of the Storm Lord
This quest requires the full island to be unlocked and The Fall of Shan Bu to be completed, as Nalak appears on Lei Shen's doorstep only at that stage.
Obtain The Crown of Heaven
Complete The Crown of Heaven quest, which rewards a choice of four legendary meta gems: 
Echoes of the Titans, Capacitive Primal Diamond, Courageous Primal Diamond, or Indomitable Primal Diamond. Note that Titan Runestones can also drop from Ra-den's Cache of Storms and always drop from Lei Shen.
Deliver Heart of the Thunder King
Deliver the Heart of the Thunder King to Wrathion to complete the Heart of the Thunder King quest and earn achievement credit for Chapter III: Two Princes. Wrathion consumes the heart and receives a vision, completing the chapter alongside Anduin Wrynn.
