Attend the opening or closing ceremonies of the Wanderer's Festival.
Wanderers, Dreamers, and You is a 10-point achievement earned by attending the opening or closing ceremonies of the Wanderer's Festival, which takes place on Sundays with two opportunities per week.
Arrive on Sunday Evening
The festival runs every Sunday with two ceremony windows. On North American servers, the first opportunity is at 9PM Pacific / 12AM Eastern (11PM server time), and the second is at 11PM Pacific / 2AM Eastern (1AM server time). On EU servers, the first opportunity begins at 21:00 server time. Each ceremony lasts approximately 23 minutes.
Speak to Wandering Herald
If you are unsure how long until the next ceremony begins, speak to the Wandering Herald at 72.3, 31.2 — he will tell you the remaining time until the event starts.
Attend the Ceremony
Be present at 76.17, 26.8 or 72.25, 31.25 for either the opening or closing of a ceremony. Attending either qualifies you for the achievement. You have four total chances across the two weekly sessions: the opening and closing of the first iteration, and the opening and closing of the second.
Tame the Festival Hatchling
While at the festival, you can tame the Wanderer's Festival Hatchling battle pet during the event.
Tips
The event does NOT run at 10PM Pacific — there is no ceremony between the 9PM and 11PM sessions, so arriving at that time will result in a missed opportunity.
