Enter Mogu'shan Vaults
Enter Mogu'shan Vaults and set the difficulty to Heroic. Defeat Will of the Emperor to earn the achievement.
Complete Before Patch 5.2
This achievement is permanently removed when patch 5.2 goes live, as confirmed by Blizzard Lead Encounter Designer Ion Hazzikostas. It cannot be earned after that point, even with better gear in a later tier.
Tips
This is a Feat of Strength tied to the current tier and cannot be obtained retroactively once patch 5.2 launches, so defeat the boss before the patch drops.
The Dampening Field spell associated with this encounter is listed as a nerf mechanic that is not yet active, so the fight is currently at full difficulty.
