Dynamic Duo requires you to reach maximum level with two different classes on your account.
Level Your First Class
Play any class and reach the current maximum level to register the first half of this achievement's progress.
Level a Second Class
Create or use a second character of any different class and reach maximum level with it; the achievement completes automatically once both characters hit max level.
Tips
Terrific Trio and Quintessential Quintet are the follow-up achievements to Dynamic Duo, so any additional classes you level beyond two will contribute toward those as well.
