Use Keystones to Speed Progress
Apply a 
Mogu Statue Piece when solving the Iron Amulet to reduce the fragments required by 20 per keystone used.

Completing all 20 restorations of the Iron Amulet is part of a larger grind across Mogu artifacts — expect roughly 281 total Mogu projects completed by the time all Mogu collector achievements are finished.
Tips
If only Mogu digsites are available but you need Pandaren fragments for other achievements, use the randomizer item to cycle digsite types — and vice versa when you need to focus on Mogu sites.
