Collector: Terracotta Arms requires you to restore the 
Terracotta Arm artifact 20 times using Mogu Archaeology.
Gather Mogu Archaeology Fragments
Excavate Mogu digsites across Pandaria to collect 50 Mogu Archaeology Fragments per restore. Each completed restore counts as one progress toward the 20 required.
Use Keystones to Speed Progress
When solving the Terracotta Arm, apply 
Mogu Statue Piece keystones to gain a +20 fragment bonus each, reducing the number of digs needed per restore.
Repeat 20 Times Total
Restore the Terracotta Arm a total of 20 times to complete the achievement. Expect approximately 280 total Mogu artifact projects solved across all Mogu artifacts before finishing all Mogu-related Collector achievements.
Tips
If only Mogu digsites are available but you need Pandaren progress, use the survey randomizer item to cycle digsite types.
